School-Based Services

Buddies not Bullies ~ Portals
Counselor embedded in the Lutheran School to work with children and youth that have mental health or behavioral issues. 
  
Compass Health Network, Inc
School Based Mental Health Specialist are embedded in the schools to work with children and youth that have mental health or behavioral issues.  
 
The Pinocchio program works with PreK - 3rd graders with emerging social, behavioral, and emotional issues that are affecting them in school. 
 
School Based Therapist embedded in the school to provide therapy to students identified through the School's Counselor.   
 
School Based Social Worker acts as a liaison between the school and the families working with families that are in need of an urgent response to situations that have come to the attention of the schools.
 
Preferred Family Healthcare
Teams of Concern is embedded in schools to develop a comprehensive approach to combating substance abuse including direct services for those who are deemed high-risk of using and abusing alcohol and other drugs.

Saint Louis Counseling
Counselors embedded in Catholic grade schools and Borgia High School in Franklin County to work with children and youth that have mental health or behavioral issues.
