Putting Kids First: Children's Services Fund

In November of 2008 the Franklin County citizens passed Proposition 1, Putting Kids First which created a Children’s Services Fund for children and youth nineteen years of age or less in Franklin County.   The Franklin County Children and Families Community Resource Board (FCCRB) have been entrusted to oversee this fund.  This fund is created under Missouri state statutes 67.1775 and 210.861.  Missouri Revised Statute 210.861 specifically lays out what types of services can be provided for.   For information on the history, criteria, opportunities for funding, or frequently asked questions please see the links to the right.
