Mental Health Crisis - Adults
Behavioral Health Response - 1-800-811-4760

Kids Under Twenty One (KUTO) (St. Louis) - Offers a youth crisis Helpline, 314-644-KUTO (5886), or toll free 1-888-644-5886, staffed entirely by trained youth volunteers everyday 4p - 10p, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline - Calls to the Lifeline are routed to the closest possible crisis center to provide immediate assistance. Call for yourself, or someone you care about: 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

Rainbow Youth Hotline - Call 1-877-LGBT-YTH, (1-877-542-8984) - 24 hours Missouri hotline for youth between 15 and 24 who are struggling with suicide, depression, sexual orientation, gender identity and other issues. Others who are interested in supporting LGBTQ youth, such as parents, teachers, counselors, and friends are also encouraged to call.

Domestic Violence
ALIVE - (636) 583-5700 or (800) 941-9144 ALIVE provides counseling, emergency sanctuary and other critical services to adults and children impacted by domestic abuse. 

Crisis Nursery
Grace's Place - Phone:  636-432-1313 Crisis Care provides support to families who are encountering a situation which could lead to the children being neglected or abused. Crisis circumstances could include; parental/sibling illness or death, disruption in shelter due to utilities or rent being unpaid, current domestic violence in the home, imminent undue abuse and/or neglect.  Grace's Place also provides respite care.  Respite Care provides short-term support to families who  are encountering high levels of parental stress. Respite circumstances could include: stress from caring for own children or children which you have guardianship over, high level of stress due to caring for a child suffering from developmental delays, mood disorders, and/or physical disability,  financial stress due to starting a new job without immediate funds for child care, familial stress due to a single parent home
